It was a really long walk from the lobby to our room, it would be nice to have less walking in the hotel.

Loved the shuttle to Disney Parks. The beds were comfortable. The property and rooms are a bit tired and worn needs updated. Bath drain stopper did not work. Maintenance came up to fix, said they could not finish and would come the next day to complete. Never saw them rest of the stay. Could use the shower, but not the bath because the stopper was gone. Food was terrific and very reasonably priced.

The room was great the bathroom was out dated to say the least . It looked very dated, small and hard to move around while inside

2nd time around
The first time we stayed back in 2023 we had a great time! So we booked again for this trip feb 9-12 , and the great service they had a year ago wasn’t there anymore! No daily room service , the conditioner and Bodywash was left empty and was not made refilled for us , some of the power outlets are not working , Communal bathroom by the lobby has either pooped and puked on it , The princess was no where to be found. Our daughter was disappointed , and it broke our hearts
