Counter staff was nice however unhappy with the service. I asked for daily housekeeping which the counter staff said will put in the request but was not done at all. When i called up the front desk, the person can still say the house keeping is till 4pm. I waited till 4pm and nothing done at all. Also instead of 3rd day house keeping, house keeping was done on 4th day. The hotel room is quite old hence upgrade is necessary to keep up to the current market place as your room rate is not cheap.

good-value alternative to Marriott
I was attending a conference at the Marriott & stayed here because it was much less expensive. The room was spacious & comfortable (if overly beige) & everything worked. Breakfast buffet a bit basic but good value. So, not exquiste but enjoyable, comfortable, & staff were very helpful

Very clean close walk to the convention center . Breakfast at the palms cafe was paid contental breakfast food was mid but staff working it were exceptional.
