TV worked off WiFi which was in and out during the day. Maybe could watch a show in late evening without it freezing on you. Only 2 choices to eat at night. Only 1 night it was a Buffett. Morning Buffett was ok but once they sat you and got first cup of coffee then you were ignored. Same with dinners. I would ah e to ask for more wine or water at either times. Would not pay more for a Secrets in the future. No different than any other resort.

The grounds around the resort were dirty, and the breakfasts were cold. The food options were limited and although what they had was tasty, it didnt meet up to other resorts we have been to. We stayed here befoe when it was a Riu. No comparison! Riu has the upper hand

All inclusive to me means no tipping worries and transfers, to got there and not have a ride is not what I expected for my first time to your property. Boring and nowhere to walk to for shopping or entertainment. on the plus side staff was very nice and friendly.

Limited dining and the property is very run down. It looks like it got flooded and hit by a hurricane and they did not fix or update the property. It’s clean and the staff is amazing.
