Check in as ok nothing to brag about we had great stay in February. This trip check in was rougher in the morning front desk person as rude when we went to breakfasst at 800 they were out of hot food items sausage and eggs. I was told they are not making more due to low occupancy.this as said in a rude manner I also advised her that there were 5 other people in there waiting she went to the back room and ignored them. This took place at 800 and breakfast ran from 700 to 1000. Poor customer service this trip

For the price of $176 a night you would think things would be not broken. Even my 15 year old asked what we paid and I told him and he thought it was way to high. Outside looks nice inside looks like Beirut.

It is our goal to exceed our customer’s expectations and it seems we did not meet yours. We were in the process of updating our looks and services, but Covid-19 has hit us and the industry hard with so many function canceling last year we had to put updating on hold till we recovered. Your comments will help aid us in making those decisions and we appreciate them. We are sorry some of our services are limited because of the Covid-19 and that we had to close the whirlpool and sauna due to too many people using it at one time and not adhering to our 2 person limit. It is for guest safety that we decided to close it. We follow CVB and Wyndham Guidelines for guest and employees safety. Here at AmericInn Hotels and Suites, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Stay safe and Healthy

We were thrilled to see the ratings we received from you in regards to your recent stay, however our goal is to have every guest rate their stay a 10! Was there anything we could have improved to make your stay a 10? Here at AmericInn Hotels and Suites, we continuously strive to exceed your expectations.

Only thing confusing was that I thought this hotel was by the Fox River Mall but instead it was 6 miles away. There is a new location by the mall that just changed hands it used to be a Fairfield only found out about the mistake when I tried to check in early.
