It was a little confusing coming into the front entrance as the valet or front guy was literally yelling and rude even though we had no idea where we were supposed to go or what to do upon arrival. We made it to underground parking with valet and from there up to lobby and checkin was smooth. Room was great, and view was beautiful

Me and the wife come here for a weekend getaway. Its close to home and allow us to relax and enjoy Atlanta. Im from Atlanta and I still find new things about Atlanta, I never knew. The Hyatt Regency is a great place come to. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. My only grip is the cost for parking and the market on the property. If you're lucky you can get over to CVS and Max Lager down street. The parking is a must, but they have you since theres no secure parking anywhere near the hotel.. so you win some and you loose some. Overall its a great place to spend a weekend away...
