Great property - seems like it is shared with dorms or temp housing. Big open attrium where an average continental breakfast is served. Quiet. Right on the Green Line so super convenient for getting around Boston via public transit. Restaurants and a Trader Joe’s within a few blocks.

Came to boston for the holiday and let me say that I loved the atmosphere of the place. The people and the city of boston were amazing. I felt safe and welcome! Just wish parking was better because i got charged twice for my parking fee

Hello, the overall rating is low! The location was nice and the lobby was nice! The walls are paper thin! I could not sleep due to the person or people above me. All I could hear was feet stomping, slamming noises and kids or people loud in the hallways at all times of night. I got woken up several times at 3 or 4 in the morning due to the person or people that stayed above me. The room is small already and with all the stomping and noise I got no sleep the entire stay. I used the chat for other issues and the chat was delayed and it took hours for me to get fresh towels. No one ever cleaned the room and I set trash outside my door three times that never got picked up until I reached out to the chat again. I would never ever stay here again or tell anyone else to. It was not worth the price, the “continental breakfast” was juice/coffee and bagels that were not worth getting out of bed for. There was a bar there that was not operational and overall I wish I chose a different location.
