Not What I expected
The lady at the front desk was wonderful, location was great but the room was ridiculously small. We could barely move! I'm not sure how I ended up at this hotel as I booked through expedia or something like that another motel and I never got notified of changes. I also never got confirmation when I booked. The only reason I found out where to go was because my card was charged the deposit. Not sure what happened but I will not be back.

Great location, tiny room with no storage
The location is great -- the staff is friendly. The room was very small and there was no place to put our stuff down except on the floor -- the photos of the room online showed some type of armoire; however, this room did not have one. The view was of a brick alley. Unfortunately, this room was located on the ground floor and the conversations at the front desk and anyone coming and going, meeting DoorDash deliveries, etc was quite audible. The room was stifling hot upon entry -- the temp was set to 82. The hot water ran out after a few minutes in the shower. For one night it was tolerable; however, I would suggest a larger occupancy room for a longer stay on an upper floor.

They could use a water fountain but if you’re good with tap water it’s okay. The rooms are great just like a hotel and I love the staff, always super friendly and super helpful for recommendations. Haven’t been here in a while but I think last time I also felt they were very LGBTQ friendly if that matters to you, as an ally it matters to me. Feels like all identities are excepted and welcomed here :)
