I have always had good Vrbo stays. We checked in at 4:30 when we got to the house there was dirt on the floor. There was something smeared on the dining room table, empty toilet paper, rolls, and hair in the bathroom, no towels. The towel that we had left was a hand towel. All the beds had been slept in and nothing was changed. when we calledThe owners were very quick to respond through no fault of their own Their dryer was broken so they did have to clean the sheets at a laundromat which I will not them fault for. they said they were having issues with the person who was cleaning for them. they asked to give us two hours so they can get everything ready. I took my husband on a tour of the city which isn’t very big when we got back. We still had no towels and had to wait another hour. I’m sure they are very nice people, but I was not impressed.

Great place!
My husband and his crew stayed in this house while they were working out of town. He said it was super clean. The dryer was needing repaired before they got there, but the owner communicated with us when the repairman would be there to fix it and make sure the time worked for us. Great communication and over all a great experience.

The communication process was nothing but perfect from VRBO and the owners from the very first process. The check in process was seamless and the quality of the rental property made my trip to Sedalia one to remember. You won't regret staying with these owners.

Nice home in great location
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location near the fairgrounds, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The property is nicely done and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walking.

Loved this place!
This place was great! Its in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, close to a main road with many restaurants and shopping. The house is very nice and clean and communication with the host was superb! She was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly.
