Rooms were not cleaned. They did not vacuum, bathroom was not cleaned, there was no trim, floors were sticky, and there were gigantic cob webs in the corners of the ceilings. When confronted by the staff they were not pleasant to work with. Very disappointing and did not stay!

Our toilet was broken, the lobby flooded and we had reserved a room through Travelocity but hotel didn't have reservation so we ended up paying more than expected.

I can't figure out why it is difficult to fill this hotel. I think it's because it's in an awkward spot and not easily seen from the road in time to pull onto the frontage road. We never saw it before we saw it online.

I hate to feel I had my expectations too high. The first two days our hotel room was Clem with maybe 2 dirty towels mixed in with clean towels. The breakfast was unattended. The eggs had water in the bottom and were overcooked. The sausage was over cooked and breakfast guest moved past the tree charred pieces of sausage. What concerned me was the cleanliness the entry floors were covered in dirt and extended in front of elevator. The hotel staff were apologetic when they forgot to have my room clean. I don’t know if I expected too mich for the hotel to at least show effort in keeping a clean and tidy accommodation. The hotel has all of the potential to be a decent place to stay but during my stay much was to be desired.
