Place was in a great location. We were able to walk to many stores , bars & restaurants. Nice complimentary breakfast items available. No complaints

The bed was mushy and although I prefer the ceramic tiles to carpet, the floors pick up every noise. The chairs in the living rooms are heavy and everyone slides them around the room and the noise is terrible. Even moving them just a little to sit or get up vibrates throughout the first floor rooms. If you stay there, request a room on the top floor. It's worth the walk up and the view is much better.

This was our second time staying at Avondale by the Sea. The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is friendly. It is right across the street from the beach and centrally located amongst many shopping options. I think this is going to be our annual tradition. Love this place!
