This spacious one-bedroom apartment is located in the basement level of a beautiful mid-century house in Albemarle County, VA, just minutes away from Charlottesville.

Located in a self-contained unit, with its own ground-level entrance, the apartment offers an open plan lounge with a kitchen and dining table, its own exclusive bathroom, and one very large bedroom.

The bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, and a queen-sized sofa bed. Both are very comfortable and include all pillows, bedding sheets and covers.

The neighborhood boasts an impressive historical background, plenty of natural beauty, great level of safety, as well as an excellent location just 6 miles north of Charlottesville and 3 miles from Charlottesville Airport. It is within a short driving distance to most of the tourist sites, dining, entertainment and local shopping.

Great communication
This property was perfect for my brief work trip. The place was very clean with thoughtful amenities. It is much more spacious than a hotel room and in an excellent location. Property owner, Tatiana, is a very good communicator. She was clear and concise in every step from booking through check out.
