Check in time was 3pm on a Saturday NOONE’S rooms were ready at check in there was a long line it took about 45 minutes to check in to find me a clean room to check into. And I got to get services at 2:55pm so many upset people like myself. The first few people in front of me next day breakfast was free. Mine wasn’t it was a complete cluster mess.

Easy to park and check in however with check in staff were unsure about pet fees and never really checked us into the hotel until we were back from the event that brought us to the area, a second staff member stopped us and readdressed the fact that we had pets and if we were aware that additional fees would apply and asked for a credit card to be put on file. Overall, a messy check in process.

Weird dynamics with house keeping. House keeping did not clean after our first night. Early evening when we asked the front desk, they (completely unfazed) indicated that house keeping was winding down and that should have gotten done earlier(it did not). On our third day, they did a lackluster job with one of the beds and did not make our other queen bed.
