Super Comfy - A Bit of Walk
While the location is a little farther away from West Loop restaurants and coffee shops, this hotel is super quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and comfortable giving you a great bang for your buck. If you're seeing a show in Pilsen, I recommend staying here as it's about a ten-minute Uber ride from Thalia Hall. You can also walk to Muse Coffee from the hotel. It's about an 18-minute walk and it's yummy and vibey with lots of places to sit in the back.

Worst Experience EVER
Staff’s attitude was horrible except for the guys on 2nd shift Sunday. I wasn’t informed about a $75 deposit per night requirement prior to checking in even though I called beforehand to check on different things. We had to pay for parking each night as well which also wasn’t mentioned. The room was dirty and I have pictures to prove it. The coffee pot still had used coffee bags in it which had the room smelling weird. I never give a bad review, but I can’t let this slide. I would NEVER stay there again and most definitely WILL NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!!!
