Our room wasn’t ready at 5:45pm when check in time was at 4pm. We arrived and were told the room wasn’t available yet because housekeeping was behind. There was no offer for compensation or a free drink or anything. We made the point that lack of reimbursement was unacceptable. There was a long line of reservation parties waiting in the lobby for their room. It wasn’t until enough people complained that the front desk finally figured out to offer a free drink for the inconvenience. Poor form, but it improved. The room was very nice, casino clean. Parking easy and free. Other than the initial impression, the stay was good.

The staff we communicated with at the check in desk were extremely RUDE!! , then we went to cashiers desk and they were also VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL!!! Will never go back and would highly not recommend to anyone!!!

Brand new hotel and casino in Cripple Creek opened in December 2023. We enjoyed the touch of modern to this quaint, historic mining town.

Stay was terrible. I know that your hotel is new but should not have open this early. You have so many problems because you are so busy this early from the start. We never had housekeeping come to our doors ever while we were there; no notice at all to tell us about what housekeeping operated. Small problem. Very expensive to stay and very little service from your people. Only staff we got any help from was the bell clerks; SANDY who worked evenings helped us so much. We are very disappointed with your hotel,. Especially with how much we had to pay.
