There’s construction going on at the hotel it’s very loud all day long you’re unable to relax until after 1900 talking with a housekeeper they have been down to one elevator for over a year the night manager was asked about the gates around the property she stated they close at 2100 that’s not the case at all they do stay open all night

Not so great. It's under construction as of Feb 2024 (major remodeling), and heavy equipment and materials took up much of the parking lot. We got Styrofoam blown into our hair, and the pool was filled with pieces. Our windows were covered with plastic, so we couldn't see out. Be aware that not all rooms have an L-shaped sofa. All plugs in our room didn't work, maid service never came, and only one elevator worked, so long waits. Everything was a bit old and run-down. Not my usual experience with Hyatt Place.
