We were expecting a little bit more
Hotel personnel was very friendly. The hotel was conveniently located near PCH and I-5 and next to the beach. One issue was that the hotel seems a little old and is going through renovations. A/C in our room was not working properly. It was too warm through the night. We reported this issue to the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Beds were average, although the rooms were very clean. Parking was also free and easy to reach.

The location of this property is amazing we had a beautiful view from our room. We were on the second floor and unfortunately, it stank of what I can only describe as cat pee. The entire floor we walked through smelled and so did our room. It was almost too much for me even to fall asleep. I see that you are making reservations so I hope replacing carpets is one of them as I assume this will assist with this problem.

Great family trip!
The hotel was in the perfect location. The rooftop lounge was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and perfect for a family. We will be back!

I don’t recommend this place. You can’t check in until 4pm. The day is over! They charge for a bottle of water and $40 to park! Nicole and dime you to death! Do NOT recommend
