Property location Downtown, not my favorite location. Very congested area, traffic.

Everything about our stay was great with the exception of one of the elevators being out of service. We stayed at this property in mid-November and the elevator was out of service then. We were told the issue would be fixed in a few days so I didn’t even take it into consideration when booking this time. I was disappointed it was still down, leading to long wait times. We are going back to Flagstaff in January and staying elsewhere just in case it’s not fixed.

I was unhappy that the motel could not accommodate my request. I didn’t ask for a handicap room but asked for room be joined or right next to my daughters room. She is my caregiver. Instead we were assigned rooms on different floors ☹️
