Oh my!!! This apartment is amazing. Such cool furnishings and architectural details. It was a highlight of our stay in Florence. One thing to keep in mind - the bedroom on the left tends to be a little loud since it faces an active restaurant on the street.

We had a rough start to our stay by not knowing that the address shown on the website is the office, but not the property location. It meant we booked a place in a different location than we thought and had an extra long walk in the rain when we arrived. The first night we were cold having been told there was no heat source and a thin blanket only. The next day the host was responsive and brought us warm blankets and told us how to turn on the heat to take the chill off the room. That helped so much. The room itself was dark and grey, very noisy during the day with the student lounge below us and noise in the stairwells (cleaners?) starting at 5:30 in the morning. I wish I could say I loved this place because it was convenient for getting around, but it just wasn’t comfortable for me. I’m sure others with different preferences would find it wonderful.

Place was really good but not ideal for seniors or guests with big or many luggage. It is a long climb & when I booked it said unit is on 2nd floor but it was like 4th floor!!!

Very nice apartment. Close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere. There is no elevator, which we knew in advance, and the hosts carried up our very heavy luggage for us. That was very nice! They gave us a tour of the place and amenities, and information about the city.
