We’ve been here several times, but this last time we were surprised by the parking and resort fee prices at checkout. We thought we were going to only owe $220 at the property, based on what our travel package said when purchased, but it was more than double that amount for 5 nights, not including the expected purchases on property, like food and beverages. The rooms are very nice and we appreciated the junior suite spacious kitchen. The bed was very comfortable with quality linens. The bathroom towels were scratchy. The toiletries were fine. Tje bathroom a bit dated. The balcony and nice loungers were a plus. One of the two pools (the best one) was unexpectedly closed for two days. There also was a problem that they notified us of at checkin that involved no electricity for part of one day. The beach access is perfect. The restaurant serves very good food. Everything in Pompano so close by. The maids changed the sheets often and even mopped the floor which wasn’t even dirty. I liked the cleanliness of the overall resort, but the walls are thin and the staff voices were heard clearly every morning in the hallway. No sleeping in!
