located near amenities (fast food, sit down restaurants, bus line) and super affordable. sure, it's a bit run down, but you can't beat the price and location. it is quite loud, due to being so close to the beach/malls there's a lot of traffic. the IHOP behind the hotel had an issue with their fire alarm going on for long periods also.. but hopefully that's not a regular occurrence. there was no breakfast service either, so take that into consideration.

The area is nice but the hotel itself is almost a hotspot for a sketchy vibe. Worst part by far was the fact that the hotel room doesnt have any type of blocker at the bottom so any bugs or crotters can crawl into the room. We found two bugs in the room during our one night stay. This also means anybody outside the room can hear inside and you hear everythong going on outside. Price was good and i see why now. Room itself was pretty clean besides the vents

False message posted on check-in window
The room had no remote for the TV (the TV was on when we got there, thankfully we could reach the off button on the TV itself). The room had a desk but no chair for the desk. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty and had bugs in it. But worst of all was the written message on the check-in window that said there was a $16-something fee that included breakfast. The next morning, I asked about breakfast and they said there was no breakfast. I read the posted message to them and they shrugged. And the charge came up on my credit card as $17.99 -- more than what was quoted at the counter and more than was PRINTED on the check-in desk. I'll be disputing the deceitful charge.
