We took our dog with us the place had a good area to walk the dog. There was a pile of dog food in the room when we got there, the dog keep finding things in the carpet to eat or chew on, the carpet was dirty there was no way it had been vacuumed. The door leading out to the pool had a big gap in it, it need a seal, I put bath towels in it to slow the cold air that was blowing in

Hotel was decent but definitely a little torn up. The doors were all dinged and slammed pretty aggressively and loudly. Our key randomly stopped working so had to spend 10 min at the front desk getting it redone. The shower head had a leak in it that was spraying over the shower head into the wall creating a weird sprinkler spray onto your face. The edge of the carpet was frayed and easy to trip over. The HVAC unit had a loud rattle in it so we ended up shutting it off. Bed was comfy though
