The room smelled like dirty feet. The floor was not clean. The construction on the pool outside the room was extremely noisy and started way too early in the morning. Elevators were slow and sounded like they were about to fall apart. Even another guest I was riding with commented they tried a different tower elevator and they sounded the same. The staff was amazing however. Very kind and helpful. Property was dated for sure. Will not be a return visit for me next Galveston trip.
