I am very disappointed in this property. The reviews were great and it was conveniently located near the park. Upon arrival and after booking I am greatly disappointed. The wait for check in was at least 20 minutes as there was a large group in front of me. The check in person apologized and was polite thus my party did not mond. My concern lies in the premises. I was on the second floor and in a 2 bedroom. The stairs leading to the room had a beer and paper on them and were in need of a vacumning. I arrived in the room and it was outdated and smelled stale of smoke. We decided to stay in the room (big mistake) because we were just spending one night there and checking out early. This evening I found a $200 fee for smoking on my card. I called and the attendant said I had to call tomorrow to have a manager discuss the fee for me. I am really disappointed in this place after seeing such good reviews. I will update this review once I speak with a manager.
