The property was difficult find. The taxi drivers on numerous times did not know where the A- mall was. The check in was the worst experience ever in my 40 years of traveling the globe. The lobby is shared by 7 different apt rental companies and not marked clearly. Upon entering the lobby, I went to the first counter, an indifferent clerk after scrutinizing my Expedia receipt said not here. The second counter said not here. I went to the front security counter to ask and the indifferent guard ask for my passport and to register before I can enter. After 10 minutes of paperwork registering, he said not here. I went outside wandering around a bit and saw a sign Nomo apts pointing to the lobby where everyone said not here. I went back inside the lobby past the security, past the front counters and found a small counter tucked in a back corner of the lobby that was marked Nomo apts. Holy Moly I found it. After another 30 minutes of meticulous paperwork and scrutiny of my passport, I was given my room that was already paid for on Expedia.
The level of indifference of the people working the lobby was amazing. They could of easily directed me to the proper place with two additional words, like the Nomo apt counter is over there. FYI I speak Cantonese and English.
The apts are moderately sized, semi clean with a small kitchen and washing machine. Maid service was good and I can rate the apts as livable for a short time away from home.
