I was put into the same room as last time. There are still cocroaches. However they have fixed the toilet. and the correct number of towels have been replaced each day.

This was the Most Disgusting place I have ever been. Mold in the shower. Roaches not hiding in the light even. I counted at least 5 in different places. Please remove this unhealthy, unsanitary property from Expedia. It should embarrass Expedia as much as it should the property owners.

Never again!
First, i was told there were no King rooms, which is what I booked online. She wanted to give me a double bed. I refused. She then booked me into a room which i found to be dirty. Then I was “upgraded” to a suite which was fine. It was clean. The evening of my second night, i asked for fresh towels. The front desk apparently has no access to towels, so i couldn’t get any. On the morning of my last day I saw two cockroaches. I was mortified! When I checked out and voiced my complaints, all she said was “im sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay”

The toilett in my room was Not attatched to the floor or the wall !!! There was evedence that the bathroom was leaking from the floor above. The room had cocroaches. The cleaning staff only left one roll of toilet paper . Also the cleaning staff changed towels but the amount of replaced towels was inconsistant . And the room was not very clean. I bought cleaning supplies and wiped down the desk and tables. and sprayed for bugs!!!!
