Last stay!
The first night I stayed, the ac was not working in the room, everytime I went downstairs to talk to someone, no one was ever at the desk, woke the next morning and was told the manager would call me, took my information and name, no manager. Next nights I stayed there was no remote in the room and the phone didn’t work to even call downstairs. Went downstairs to get a remote and the front desk says they have no more remotes and to change the tv with my hand. I was there for two nights and no remote nor assistance of getting one. I stay here often but the service is going down

I think that our overall trip was just bad timing. My stay was business related and a youth football team also stayed that weekend. The staff seemed as if the didn't just hate their job but maybe life as well. The clerk was dry and unattentive.
