This hotel's cleaniness is terrible, after 1 night of staying there, experienced dust mite bite my whole body

Overall is so-so. Called customer service asking for towel bcause they cleaned the room without leaving new towel but they ask me so many question. Like they didnt believe they forgot to bring the towels. Toileteries also just give 2 tiny soap for my 4 night stay. Housekeeping also didint load new soap after they cleaning. Luckily i bring my own soap. Also the aircond is leaking. Bench beside the window also dirty. Others good.
