Rude front desk person.
This was our first stay at Drury Inn. We were in town for a Dr appt and other medical testing. We were told on phone we could check in early. When we arrived, the front desk person ( Laticia) was unprofessional and rude. Really will make us think twice before coming here again.

An unfortunate stay as the hotel seemed full first with many teenagers and chaperones who trashed the public areas with popcorn and trash that never was fully cleaned up. The buffet breakfast was overcooked and inedible. They offer a special cocktail hour but no seats available as it was crammed with families. Tried to use the very limited computer and printer… took a long time to hook up successfully. Two days no housecleaning done and my trash cans weee full. All in all it was not a good stay
