I checked in and then I was told that there was a $50 deposit fee for the room. I told the night manger(?) that I had already paid for the room, but he insisted that it was policy and that I would get the deposit refunded back to me. When I checked out, the manager said that he would it back to my card. He did give me a reciept, but the reciept showed what I paid for the room, but no refund on the room deposit. I think the next time I have to go to KCI Airport, I will try a different motel.

Room floors were wet. Room was not the cleanest. No water pressure in shower. Tv and cable didn’t work. If we didn’t have an early morning flight, I would have asked for my money back or a different room

It was a cheap one night stay. I didn't know about the extra $50 hold on my card that 3 days later still hasn't been removed. The hotel just looked tired and in need of a update. Breakfast was brick hard biscuits, warmed over gravy and 2 cereals. Staff barely spoke English. I would look elsewhere in the future when I go back.

Floors in the hall wete dirty and the stairs were dirty. First room the bathroom was locked and couldnt get in and i could hear water running. Second room was clean but the air freshner was so strong i couldnt sleep.

I never to return to this property and I made a mistake and I walked in and saw it was the place. It's like they don't care about anything there. You can see it's just a single family run place trying to get everything done. There is absolutely nothing on the birth except a sweet roll a muffin and three dried up oranges I swear that was it this place is going downhill the inside outside it's a mess don't stay here

Promised shuttle to airport was out of service. Desk manager at check in did not advise this when I asked about the shuttle and made the reservation. When we came down in the morning, the desk manager said we needed to get an Uber
