Just a rude clerk with no customer service sense
Desk clerk was extremely rude, tried to convince me that I had not advised him about having a dog during check in, despite witnesses who heard me say so. After that, every interaction was rude and looking for problems. Other than that, all was well. Bed and pillows were luxurious, room was clean, heat worked fine, no problems.

Had a roach in the room that kept crawling through the cracks of the main door. Only reason booked a room here cause the extended stay next door was out of rooms. There’s people that look like they’ve been staying at this hotel for quite some time and let their dogs poop everywhere on the property. It’s a camera right by the side door and soon as you come out it’s dog poop everywhere. The fact management can’t get a backbone and tell tenants to clean it up or leave the property is crazy when asking other customers to spend their hard earned money for a room and have to dodge other people’s dog poop like land mines.
