Efficient use of space
Booked a family room for 3. The room is quite small but efficient use of space. We got the back view and there was no traffic noise at night which is amazing. Carpet looked a bit dirty and the quality of the slippers is of low standard. Can look into replacing or cleaning the carpet and also replacement of the slippers.

Exceeded our expectations
Not a part of Hong that we know so was a bit concerned. Arrived early and no check-in (which was expected). Went for a wander and it was raining so was delighted when the concierge offer hotel umbrellas . We had a sitting room unit on high floor which was great. Plenty of eating options close by and Olympic station about 10min away. MRT is very efficient and cheap. Offered a late checkout which was welcome. Also a bonus is the free shuttle to various places included the airport express station. Internet a bit flaky at times. Lolly bar open every night which is a nice touch. Exceeded our expectations. Would recommend

Lots of dining choices around the hotel. The room is nice and well designed. The two lifts cannot meet the demands during busy hours. I spent 20 mins waiting for the lift. Never try their shuttle bus as it is always full.

I'd like to say that the hotel provided all comfort and convenience as compared to the price. Only suggestion is to provide shuttle service between Olympic or Kowloon station for those who might be catching train or airfreight on light traceling.
