We left 20 minutes after our stay and went somewhere else. The pool wasn't open. The room smelled bad and felt dirty. The curtains were half torn down. No wifi and I barely had a data signal. The tv only had maybe 4 channels. I didn't feel safe having my child stay there.

The hotel itself is what bothered me the most. There was mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, the top light was broken, and the secured lock on the door was broken as well. But the staff was nice.

We had booked a double beded room for the night. When we showed up, we were given our first room which had someone's stuff still in it. Then we were given another room to which the key was not opening the door. Then the front desk person and an off duty employee were on the phone while the front desk person was on the phone with this other employee as he ran around opening rooms to see if they were clean and if they had the correct number of beds. After 20 minutes of waiting while we did this, we were given a room thats' floors were soaking wet and made our socks soaking wet from walking on the floors. It was already late in the night so we dealt with it then, but we had a really bad experience and won't stay there again next time.

In this review I gave most areas four stars or more, simply because I was not expecting higher qualities for the price I was paying. Staff was wonderful. And very kind. Carpet was nasty dirty, but the rest the room was fine. Room 201 needs a light bulb replaced above the mirror, outside the bathroom. The furnace was hard to regulate. 58-62 was the comfortable range. We will stay here again, but never walk barefooted.
