Great location for the park and skiing. Units are a little dated and we had some issues with getting the room to cool down and blowing breakers when trying to use an outlet. Can’t beat the location though! Nice restaurants on sight as well.

Our stay was okay but nothing special. For $300 a night, I expected more but this is Lake Louise afterall, not exactly for the budget traveller. While we had housekeeping service everyday, I didn’t expect to have to call the front desk everyday to request items that should have been taken care of with housekeeping service. Ie: I had to call everyday for our coffee and hot chocolate to be replenished. The 2nd day, we ran out of toilet paper because that was never replenished. All housekeeping did was make our beds. It was VERY hard to get a hold of the front desk. I had to keep trying over and over and over until someone finally picked up. I felt like they were trying to cut a few corners at this property. We needed to do laundry (building 5) but the machines didn’t work for dispensing the detergent. I checked building 3, same thing. Tried to contact front desk, no one was answering. Finally resolved by walking to reception. Unfortunately, these are the things that left me with a bad impression. I felt I had to work for what should have been standard service at a hotel.

We had nice Anniversary getaway for 3 days at Lake Louise Inn. We stayed here previously. Comfortable and clean room, We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant, enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel as well. Convenient location to explore surroundings,

Property could use some updating, lodge and restaraunts and very nice, the food and service were good! But the rooms are noisy, snoring from the room next door could be heard clearly, as well as toilets flushing all around and walking or moving around beside or above us. Wasn’t able to get a good nights sleep unfortunately. Sheets were dirty on both the beds we had as well.
