Don’t book through them. Problem after problem.
We only stayed at the property for one night and we had problems from the start. I booked 2 rooms, both in my name. But the booking asked for a name in the second room. It caused confusion at the front desk. They couldn’t find a second room under my name and I didn’t think to have them check another name since the reservation was in my name for 2 rooms. The other major problem we had was the Hotels.com price was not honored at the property. They charged me full price for the rooms and charged extra for parking even though the rate I was quoted included parking. I asked to have them explain the difference in cost but was not offered an explanation. I left my name for a manager to call but have not heard back.

The canopy of the hotel is blocking the window. For a suite having no view was a letdown. For the amount of $2,456.95, it was disappointing. We asked the front desk if we transfer we were told to check back the next morning -we decided not to inquire anymore since we were told it was more than likely they wouldn't have a room for us. I've notice if the hotel will know it's a 3rd party they will give you the worse room they have.

Great hospitality. Tasty breakfast. Needs a little upkeep, but nothing that ruined our stay (broken safe and malfunctioning heater/ac). The pool and hot tub are open late. We enjoyed the place!
