When we arrived the staff directed us to the wrong building. There’s only 1 elevator per building and Expedia customers are always put on the opposite end is what staff said. So after hauling our luggage up the stairs we had to turn around and haul it down then up the stairs in another building. When we got into our room the sink was backed up and wouldn’t drain. Luckily maintenance came and fixed it while we went out. Other than that the room was nice. The gate to the pool was broken for the 4 days we stayed there and looked like they were in no hurry to fix it, making it very inconvenient to access the pool and bbq area. There was actually a printed sign saying the gate was broken so you could tell it was not a recent thing. The hot tub was also broken which was disappointing. Parking on the weekends was terrible. If you aren’t in by 1000pm (which it’s Vegas come on) you’ll be lucky to get a spot. One night we had to park on the opposite end of the property and then walk to our room. Lastly, the property was clean but just outside the gates a lot of homeless people walking around. I felt safe while on the property but I don’t know what kind of security they have as the property gates don’t close so anyone can come in and out. Overall I’d give this property a 2.5 stars. I stayed here two years ago and would have given it 5 stars then. Unfortunately it’s gone down hill since that point. Don’t think I’ll be back.
