Here’s a Tip when you are thinking about booking this hotel, “a hotel is in the travel industry, so if you are five minutes late to your plane you miss it, it’s the same with a hotel” Those words came from your amazing manager Bryan! I booked my hotel around 10 pm and made the two hour drive to the hotel, I had to use the bathroom when I got there so since the bathroom was locked and I danced around the lobby for 15 minutes waiting for someone to return as the sign said than used the bathroom you guessed it it was 12:05am so no longer the 5th of March and got darn it I missed my flight, in other words they canceled my two rooms, I asked why and for them to to please fix it my daughter and I didn’t have anywhere else to go, ramone your lovely desk clerk who was in a back room not helping other customers said he couldn’t do anything and he didn’t have any rooms for me. So I called hotels.com where I spent three hours on the phone with them to find out they couldn’t help me! They would put me up in a nother hotel and they would pay for the extra $10 but not the $200 deposit that I had already paid, and “ we refunded your money, you will just have to wait 7-10 business days.” When I explained four times that they had cleaned out my account already and I could not afford another hotel deposit he said he could use it me in a two star hotel when I made reservations at a four , for the same price per night of my four star, I ended up finding a hotel myself but the two nights I had
