Beautiful rustic home sitting on the bank of the Big Piney River just 150 feet off a State Highway. You will fall in love with this quiet home with large decks and screened in porches looking out over one of the best fishing, floating, and swimming rivers in the state. The beautiful front yard with Majestic Pine trees, easy to access entrance to the river, located just below Boiling Springs. With several access points both above and below the boiling springs access you can have several floats right from your front door. Two bedrooms(one bedroom had a queen bed/couchbed) (#2 bedroom has a king/queen/double) Futon is on screen porch but may be moved from previous guests. Excellent Location
Overall it was a great stay, started a little rocky ended good, beautiful location beautiful property great for family gatherings to couple’s getaway to hunting buddies lodge, we will be renting here again as we would love to see it in the spring/ summer!! The river is a major plus for this location. James was easy to reach and helpful. We enjoyed the time spent with our grandson❤️

Nice house/ Nice location
Nice house. The water is not far but it is not very inviting due to growth and no stones but not far down the road is boiling springs and that is wonderful. The house is very comfortable. It is in need of some repair but overall comfortable. Very nice screened in porch.

Cabin is nice but needs some work. Rodent evidence in all rooms. Quiet and serene. No Internet, WIFI or Cell Service. Plenty of space!!!

Much good about this property but could use some improvements
The deck and the screened porch were wonderful! AC worked well. Some very nice decor. Compared to many other VRBOs I’ve stayed at, this one could use some improvements. Many lightbulbs not working. Refrigerator door was very difficult to close, showers could use mats or textured bottoms to not be so slippery. Could use a better cleaning. Not enough towels and no washcloths. We did enjoy our stay but would not stay there again.
