Just one block North of Venice Blvd & near the paddle tennis courts! Just steps to the famous Abbot Kinney & within short driving distance to downtown Santa Monica!

Cozy and inviting, feel perfectly at home in this studio unit. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and even t hose who in the city for business!

The ground-floor currently features two restaurants - Ocean Front Kitchen and Poki-Poke.

This unit has studio which features a comfortable king-sized bed.

You don't have to worry because guests will be provided with sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels and a washer & a dryer!

A high-speed WiFi with up to 40MB of data and a TV with Netflix access are all provided during your stay!

There is 1 free parking spot at the back side of the building.
