Homeless Hotel
This used to be a nice, inexpensive place to crash on my frequent trips. We saw several homeless people staying at the hotel and were awakened by screaming, fighting and shouting several times during the night. They must be getting vouchers, as we saw staff from LA county coming. While homelessness is sad and we need to do more about it, it does not feel safe to have homeless people fighting in the next room. What do you want to be? A homeless shelter or a hotel?

This is our second time staying here and for good reason. It’s difficult to find a hotel in LA with reviews that don’t mention cockroaches or bed bugs, so to find one that didn’t, is clean, and offers reasonable rates was pure luck! This one checks off the boxes. It’s also in a fairly quiet area, which is good when you need a good night’s rest. My only complaint is that the housekeepers in the morning are a bit on the loud side.
