Spent two nights with my son at this cool tidy quality hotel , right in the city centre of Madrid. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of delicious treats. The room was a bit cold at night and the cleaners didn’t bother to change the towels in the bathroom after the first night.

Most Staff does not speak English. There was no access to water fountain, no ice machine. You had to buy bottles of water unless you had your room cleaned every day. They give you one free bottle a day each time your room was cleaned. The breakfast buffet was great, lots if choices

Perfect location for all attractions of Madrid: walking distance to the Palace, Cathedral and the museums. We didn’t need to take any transportation throughout the week. The staff was very courteous and helpful, despite of the limited English for some of them. We will surely come back and we highly recommend it.
