We enjoyed the views, sadly traffic train noise kept us awake. We had an emergency and had to leave one day early, staff advised because we used Expedia there would be no refund . Very disappointing

Great location and value for money, good facilities, and friendly staff. Water maintenance was being done during our stay so water in bathroom was a bit brown and the dishwasher was out of order. Dusty in places but overall clean. Good views from our floor and good location, easy check in, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Railway and nearby roads and construction work were noisy but to be expected.

Good location, good value, understaffed, no one at reception when we arrived (another resident let us in) and unit not very clean (clean bed clothes and mostly clean bathroom but we did find previous occupants underwear in washer), Unit not in great condition, bathroom sink cracked and dishwasher out of order. Staff were polite and helpful, suspect simply not enough of them
