If I'm booking a room for 4 people and have 4 wrist bands, we should receive four lounge chairs on the beach! To pay an additional $50 per lounge chair, you should also get an unbrella. Pool area was too shady and blocked by the buildings. Our TV was broken as soon as we got the room and they had to put a new TV in the room. There was no shampoo in the dispenser. We asked for it to be filled and ran out again the nexty day. Obviously they did not fill the dispenser if it ran out the next day again.The breakfast menu said dishes with the coffee cup image next to it comes with coffee and orange juice and when we got the bill they charged us. When we inquired to the waitress when we got the bill they wouldn't adjust the bill and told us some long story of why that made no sense.

The resort was very busy due to the food and wine festival so understandably everyone was very busy. However, our room was not stocked with robes when we arrived, nor had the mini fridge and snack bar been restocked after the previous guests. The room was noticabale dusty and dirty which was unexpected given that we had an ocean view suite and I had expected more from the Eden roc. The service at the beach was fantastic and that was the best part of our stay.

Rooms were not updated / worth the cost. Hidden fees ($45.00 resort fee per day is not a “complimentary lounge chair” at the beach”). In room dining was expensive for what was served. Quality of food (Nobu is the exception) was not good.

Property is classy and nice but service level and access to resort facilities does not match the cost. Room service was good some days and not other days and they were not very responsive. Events occupied a lot of the facilities outdoors which was disappointing.
