The fire alarm went off all night then all day on my second night into the 3rd day. There was construction going on in the floor above me they did not make me aware of that. At the pool the staff is very nice to serve sexy young hot girls, but when my husband and I needed an umbrella opened they opened it 2 hours later for the girl group next to us but moved us from the same umbrella to another section. All tips are already included in your bill. So I think they got mad at us for not tipping extra the day before. The hotel is gorgeous so I really tried to not let any negativity get me but to only gave me $100 for a 3 night 4 day (when I spent $1700) where I couldn’t rest for two days of it I don’t think it was enough I wasn’t happy with that. The vibe at the pool was everything so I hv that to remember.

The property itself is stunning. We had the one bedroom suite with the bay view balcony. Absolutely beautiful and spacious. The pool is heated and the day beds have a modern chic feel. Only thing is, they need to update the carpets and clean the couches in the living room area, there are stains on them and it feels gross. The cleaners should vacuum and dust off the dirt around the room. Bathroom is a little small but still nice.
