Upon walking in the front desk didn’t have all rooms ready till after 5 and we were told 4pm the guy at the front desk was very professional but was difficult with giving directions to the rooms, we were asked if we wanted our rooms close and on the same floor.. we got the same floor but rooms were no where near each other. also the shower pressure in the room was terrible hardly water coming out the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, bed was comfortable but both were different from each other.

My terrible ratings were due to the ridiculous reservation I made thru 3rd party however also the hotels fault for cancelling my reservation when I spoke with the hotel staff many hours to confirm my reservation which they said they will keep for me but lied and cancelled it on me then blaming the 3rd party. All other hotels were booked out and this cancellation ruined my night with no place to sleep. Very poor way of lying to your customer.
