It started off rough. At the entrance from the parking structure, the call/service button seemed not to work. I pressed it 2 or 3 times with no response. I then used my phone to call the front desk, twice. (The forst time I let it ring 15-20 times, but no answer) I had to explain that the button wasn't working, and we needed to get in to check in.
Whem checking in, I was asked if I had reservations, because they had no open rooms. I did, and it took them several minutes to "find "us a room. While waiting we heard 2 people complain that the AC in their room wasn't working. They were given box fans, and told it was being worked on. I wasn't told anything about it... well our room had no AC either.
When we returned later in the evening, I asked if the AC was fixed yet and was told that it was not. If thwy had any more fans tehy would send one up.
