From the second we got there, they took care of everything. Valley parking, they brought bags to the rooms, even had a concierge on site to walk your dog. Super pet friendly (with a fee) and wonderful staff!

I absolutely love the subtle touches of elegance that a French-style hotel like the Sofitel offers its patrons. The rooms are well-decorated and very clean, and they have amenities that are superior to other luxurious hotel chains. There are no downsides, except for an incident where I smashed my toes on the slab at the entrance to the bathroom, which I have clumsily done twice now at your establishment in the last five years.
