We have stayed here multiple times over the Christmas break but this last time we had two jewelry items stolen from our room (worth over $14,000.00). The hotel setup a meeting with their insurance but they did a fake investigation and we never even got closer on the case and we were not compensated for anything. If you are going to stay here make sure you are careful with your items.

WOW! I am not sure that I have ever had as much bang for the buck as at the Lotte NY. Staying in the 2br corner suite, it is absolutely massive. Beds and pillows are soooo comfortable. The suite comes with a kitchen, but this is largely useless as they stock it with nothing (not even a single glass). Bathrooms, bedrooms, main living area, all huge. Elevators at the Towers are sometimes slow to arrive, but no big deal. The Villard & Gold Room restaurant service is incredibly crisp and the servers are so attentive. You won't find better value for money in the luxury segment than this.
