Unexpected fee for parking including limited handicap space. Tub almost cost be a fall because a significant amount of soap or cleaning product was left in the tub. Ice machine inoperable. Front check in staff was rude and very impatient.

We did not like the &250 room deposit, when the room wasn't even $200 per night. That is crazy, to hold that amount on People's cards. Also there was not a restaurant or lounge. It was a small section in the lobby designated to these areas. Not at all somewhere you could go to relax from a long day of travel. In addition, NO room service!

Great hotel. Parking Limited. One Working Elevator
I love staying here at this hotel and have stayed few times now. All the times I've been here, they're doing renovation which is fine. The problem I have are the containers for the renovation taking up half the lot for parking. I have a hard time finding parking and would have to make a spot, to still be charged a whole $20 to park. Also, there is always an elevator down with a problem. To request an elevator at checkout time with one working elevator for a 7 floor hotel is ridiculous. The service and rooms is great though and have no issues there.
