Check in was horrible with added charges. One of our rooms was not ready. We were told it would be ready in 5 minutes and that turned into almost half an hour. We were told to park our oversized vehicle in a lot a few blocks away with no shuttle service. Poor service.

They changed my booking from Oakes to Hilton and gave me only option for refund and View from the Hilton hotel is good and easy to access but phone can’t connect to TV, room service phone was dead. Had to reach out front desk personally for everything. Can be find better options in same price .
