We had an amazing visit. We were very please with the resort. If you’re going go down very early and reserve chairs on the beach or by the pool. The food was really good even the buffet. My only concern was for a front desk person names LOUIS. Our flight was delayed and we had to stay another night. Louis stated they had no rooms and turned us away with no place to stay. Another employee searched and spoke to management and secured us a room. The next day at checkout Louis made it an issue we received the room and proceeded to inform us that the young man who did help us got a “stern talking to” for giving us the room which I felt was very unprofessional and not necessary. That was the worst experience of our trip how uncomfortable we were made to feel. Overall we had a good visit.

For Riu adult Antillas:spa towels need to be cleaned, smells very rancid when I ateneed fans in the gymmini bar- I called for bottled water, it took 5 hours  pool service, and buffet was great. Check out service and entertainment was great
